The measurements are as follows. chest/tummy 18 inches/46cm this will fit from birth onward . roughly an 8lb baby  the skirt is of a slighly longer length at 17 inches/43 cm this measurement is taken from the back of the neck to the hem so with luck this dress could fit your baby through a good growth spurt.
